@ronsec is right. We're currently in the middle of a complete rollout to upgrade all Base Stations to 4G. Give us a call at 800-548-9508, and our Support team can send you the new module free of charge. And check out this page for more info.

Wait what? How come we were not emailed this directly? I have to learn about this through the forums? I have the Gen 3 bought a couple months after it was released.
The article linked said SimpliSafe will check and send me an email? When will this happen? I don't like calling customer service and prefer that I don't have to call to check. Is there another way to check? Through the app or sending an email instead?
This isn't the first time something CRITICAL needs to happen and I only find out about it on the forums.
