Wait what? How come we were not emailed this directly? I have to learn about this through the forums? I have the Gen 3 bought a couple months after it was released.
The article linked said SimpliSafe will check and send me an email? When will this happen? I don't like calling customer service and prefer that I don't have to call to check. Is there another way to check? Through the app or sending an email instead?
This isn't the first time something CRITICAL needs to happen and I only find out about it on the forums.
@nXt sorry to hear that. Have you ever had to replace your cell module in the past? That would be the circuit board that also holds the SIM card. If so, then your Base Station might already be connected to 4G.
