"We are unable to process your order."

Hi,

I placed an online order today; the payment has been deducted from the account.

However, had the following message:

"We are unable to process your order. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact us at 888-910-1459 to complete your order"

I rang the number but haven't had any resolution.

We sincerely apologize for the technical issues. Please note that this Community is publicly accessible. We have removed your personal info, in accordance with Community Guidelines.

 

You mention that you've already called into our Support team. Were you able to get through and speak with an agent? An issue like this should be investigated by a Sales Supervisor, so we can track down that payment with our processor and make sure it's cleared. And then we can put through the order again over the phone.

Unfortunately, I have been sending emails, and chat messages since the order is placed but the issue has not been resolved.

I was told on the chat that my order (#25362560) will be processed by CoB a week ago but no reply since then.

I am wasting too much time chasing the order!!!

@mujtaba_5​ Thank you for following up. Looking into that order, I see that it had been canceled (and the payment should have been voided already).

I will request contact from a Sales Supervisor who can get this figured out for you.
