Tripped alarm and no phone call
my home alarm was tripped (2 times now) and I never received a phone call from Simplisafe to see if I needed help....I am concerned since it was 2 times within a 6 week period and NO call....any one else experience this mishap?

Our first gut instinct is that you've run into the Grace Period. If you accidentally trip an alarm and the full sirens actually sound, but you disarm within a few seconds, then the Monitoring Company would get that message and they would not call.
The theory is that if you disarm very quickly, then you must be home - and it most likely was a false alarm.
I know I personally have had one or two times when the alarm is blaring and I have to rush to turn it off, and the last thing I'm thinking about is keeping my phone on me so I can answer and cancel police dispatch!
But if you had left that alarm going for a few more seconds, you should have gotten that call from an operator. If not, then we should double-check that your system is actually connected to Monitoring Service. Our Support team at 800-548-9508 can ping your system and help with troubleshooting!
