Attention Simplisafe: as this is still not in the Help Center and has been answered multiple times in the forum only to be quickly buried and lost, can you add an article? Also, establish a SOP for that to happen every time a question is asked and answered in the forums? Will help everyone..
What RickSimplisafe mentioned is completely correct. While we do have those steps mentioned on
this page of our Help Center, it could probably use some rewording to increase its visibility for customers looking for information on leaving a system at a previous residence as well as mentioning to change the PINs.
@Team S thank you for adding the link, however, do suggest you add more relevant search terms in the search tool so you can find it easier. (example: change of ownership, selling system to new home owner etc. Also suggest you have a group of customers be assigned topics to search on and see if they can find it.
