Have an issue. Worked with 1st level support, ateast 10 different experts, told that my issue has been escalated twice. Never received call back next level.
Question: is there really a 2nd level and if so, how do you access them?

@shaddockjones there are indeed technical specialists but you do not have access to them automaticallly. 10 experts, if I understand you correctly? Wow, a lot of brain power there. I trust SS will see this post and get back to you shortly, but in the itnerim, if you have time and want to, can you describe in this thread what is your issue you are facing? Thanks!
