Pausing service through a move

I don't see this information anywhere on the website or the option to pause service as I go through a move. I don't want to pay for a month I literally can't use the system. Calling in to speak with someone currently has an hour wait! Unbelievable. Thanks for any help!

Hi Kmerskine,

The only way to pause service would be to get you on the line to verbally confirm your Safe Word passcode - a security measure we take for any instance where your security might be negatively impacted.

But I see you did stay on hold and got through to an agent at last. We sincerely apologize for the extensive wait times, but we're glad to see you've been taken care of!
