panic button doesn't connect to base station

Are you getting a specific error? If a sensor or component is showing as "Not Responding", it's an issue with the local wireless connection, perhaps due to wireless or physical interference. Here are some steps on the Help Center that can help.
@craigbur1960 First, check to make sure it is not on your system. Use the keypad, phone app or dashboard at the SS website. If it isn't, easiest way for me is to add a device on the keypad, press the test button on the panic button unit and should say added. If not, try a new battery, if still not working call SS support and troubleshoot.
