Other people's credit cards in your payment methods

I suggest you check your payment methods to confirm everything looks OK.   I have been having multiple issues trying to place an order, going on 3 weeks.   They asked to use another credit card on file.  I was surprised there was more than one.  I checked them and found 4 records, only one was mine.   two had little information in them, but one had a name address and card number for someone else.
