No Recordings on my Samsung phone

My camera records for a period of time. I don't have a plan. On the computer and my wife's iPhone the recording can be viewed for a period of time. My Samsung SimpliSafe App shows no recording and even says nothing recorded. It used to work and then stopped. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have logged out and back in. Nothing works.

Hi @smileymed,

It sounds like that issue may be due to a difference in the way that the Android app and the iOS app work in relation to pulling recordings for an account. Did you by any chance purchase your camera at Costco? If so, that may be part of the issue but it's something that we can easily fix. We'll make sure to have someone from our Support Team reach out to you to get this taken care of.
