No help for Seniors?
I just received your email describing the cost increase you are imposing.
As a senior citizen, I am concerned about my safety and well-being.
But since I am on a fixed income, I am also very much concerned about how I can continue to afford it.
You said in your email "This is the first time in over 10 years that we have raised subscription prices. Doing so will allow us to continue investing in new products, features, and functionality to improve your experience and security."
But I am quite satisfied with the current service and do not need improvement !!
Cannot you find a way to help me?
