No help for Seniors?

​I just received your email describing the cost increase you are imposing.​

​As a senior citizen, I am concerned about my safety and well-being.​

​But since I am on a fixed income, I am also very much concerned about how I can continue to afford it.​

​You said in your email ​​"This is the first time in over 10 years that we have raised subscription prices. Doing so will allow us to continue ​​investing in new products, features, and functionality to improve your experience and security​​."​

​But I am quite satisfied with the current service and do not need improvement !!​

​Cannot you find a way to help me?​

I'm really sorry to hear about your situation, but I want you to know, on behalf of SimpliSafe, how much we appreciate you as a loyal customer. You're right, this is the first time in over a decade that we've raised our monitoring subscriptions, to meet the growing cost of doing business in our industry. But we're also committing to keep doing what we're already doing - constantly working to enhance our services to keep your home safe.
