Is my monitoring active?

I received the email from Simplisafe stating my system would be in practice mode for 3 days before it is being actively monitored by the center. It said I would receive an email when practice mode is finished. This is day 4 and no email. Is my house being safely monitored yet?? How would I tell if they aren’t going to send an email?

Hi @RK9 ,

So sorry about that! Yes, our website system should have automatically sent you a confirmation email once your Practice Period was complete.

(That has nothing to do with your Base Station, but it's still a great idea to keep the firmware up-to-date to take advantage of the latest improvements)

I called and asked customer service. They said the monitoring was active but were not sure why I did not receive the email. Then they had me download an update for the system.
