Arming Alarm
New user. I set alarm on HOME but I had 4 windows open. I have 26 entry sensors. The system said it was armed and I got a text. How could the system arm with a sensor open. The base did say that sensors were open which is fine but it shouldn't arm the system. I was on with chat support and they gave me the run a round. They can help with a basic problem but this was way over their head. I said with the windows open a burgular can come in with the alarm on and nothing happens. Got no response on that. Has anyone come across this problem? I looked at all settings and couldn't find anything.

The short answer is that's how its designed. Only a verbal warning if arming. If you look in the app it will also tell you sensors are opened. That's about it.
