Xfinity Xfi Pods and SimplieSafe compatible ?

I have Comcast Xfinity and six Xfi pods configured. Can't get doorbell or video cameras to work. It's been awhile but I think the Xfi Pods require the merge of the two wifi networks that are default on the comcast xfinity router. I didn't see a search function in the forum, may have missed it.
Anyone know it will work in this configuration ?
