Hi andrealuna7,
It's important to know that SimpliSafe devices can connect only to the 2.4GHz WiFi band. So if your WiFi has 2.4GHz disabled, that might by why your SimpliSafe system can't find it.
I'm not sure though what you mean by trying "many WiFi networks". Have you been attempting to connect to different WiFi routers? Or were you setting up different WiFi networks on the same router, with different names?
