Why is my base station light purple?
My base station light turns purple when I turn the alarm on and when it is off, the backlight is also purple. I checked online and some one mentioned that if a past event was triggered, then this could have happened. I cleared all events, all devices are operational, battery status is good. Shouldn't the base station light be blue when I turn the alarm on? It is purple. How can I change it to blue?

@surysista Use the link below to see the lights from the base. Purple is not one of them. Suggest you call support.

By base is set to no sound and no lights, making it much harder for an intruder to find it. I use push alerts and SMS to tell me what is going on with the system. Easier too, at least in my book.
