Why did my pinpad disarm my alarm?
My family was watching a movie, all together in 1 room, when the base station suddenly reported the system was disarmed. Or off, however it says that there is no alarm present. The issue I have with this is everyone with access to our system and code was in the living room watching s movie when the base station made the announcement. So who could have used the pinpad as the app is showing me the pinpad disarmed the system?

Hi @onesimobanda,
Could it be possible that someone in your household was working in the Keypad Menu previously? After a few minutes, the system exists the Menu mode and goes back to the main status screen. At that point, it would report the current status, which might be "Alarm Off".
A similar thing could be happening if a firmware update was recently sent to your Base Station, ready to be installed. It would check the current status of the Base Station at that point as well.
