Seeing this in tandem with your other comments regarding your Base Station not automatically reconnecting to your WiFi after a power outage, and the consistent "Keypad Out of Range" error message you are receiving leads me to believe that you need a replacement Base Station. If you reach out to our Support team, they can get that replacement taken care of.
