Sunset 2G Sim Card replacement

Today received and replaced SIM card with new updated SIM. I did not receive an email about need to replace but speaking with SS about another topic I had mentioned the Sunset 2G replacement. As my SS3 was an early model delivered before the end of Jan 2018 my system indeed needed upgrade. Was very easy to swap and return old SIM to SS.

@sh2402 I ordered my SS3 the first day released, guess I will call and ask.

Captain11 twist off the top part of your base station and look at the cellular module. This is the "L" shaped circuit board which should be readily visible. If there is a SIM Card in a black holding cage then you have the most up to date module. If instead you only see a white square and no SIM card holder you will need a new module. The key here is the black SIM card holder/cage if absent you need the updated sim.
