SimpliSale spontaneously went into AWAY mode

This morning SimpliSafe spontaneously went into AWAY mode. No one set it, and SS does not record how or who set the mode.

Later we opened the door we were surprised when the alarm triggered.

Has anyone else experienced this?

One other thing ... a few weeks ago SS quit sounding door chimes even it is set to do so !?

Check your timeline to see what or how it was set in away mode. Then go to all your settings and make sure your settings are the way you want them, door chime, siren anything and everything, it could be somehow something got switched in the app or keypad do t really know but if all looks good then its a call for ss.
