SimpliSafe System wipes all connected deviced - TWICE

Anything have been  having issues with their Simplisafe system wiping their entire devices database forcing you to have to reconnect everything? Mine happened twice, the first time I contacted customer service and the reaction was simply, try reconnecting it. What if I was away from my home for a few days? Second time I've called in to customer service and the same redundant possible solution is to power cycle my base station. I need a permanent solution and it seems Simplisafe customer service doesn't have one. I'm looking for other responses here before I cancel and go back to Smith Thompson and share my personal experiences with both the technical support and customer support I've had with SimpliSafe.

Hi @SimpliFrustrated ,

I sincerely apologize for your experience. We should have replaced that Base Station as soon as you described the issue. I'm requesting a call from a senior agent now to take care of it.

Thank you for your prompt response. A member of your customer service team did reach out to me just now right as I was trying to install the replacement base station. Everything is in working order since he was able to transfer me to a member of the onboarding team to fix a wifi issue as well as provide a firmware update. Thank you for taking the time to response to my frustration with having my devices wiped out twice. Have a good day.
