Simplisafe Support Center Hours
For whatever reason, the normal operating hours for Simplisafe live support has vanished from the Help Center, web site and community. Just confirmed with Support chat live agents are available 8am to midnight, eastern every day. My goal is to have this post at least discoverable in a community site search until Simplisafe's support team gets this information hole filled.....

Day 4 and counting, still no posting of Customer Support hours in the community site.....Simplisafe, hello???? You can even place the information on the bottom of each page with the wide open spaces already there!
