Scheduled Arming

I had the scheduled arming on my app. But it went away on its own...... Unfortunately I had set this up and now I cannot undo it? I have been working with Simplisafe on this problem but they cannot seem to find a fix. This was not a good roll out of a new feature! Now everyday my alarm disarms itself, even if I am not home and out of town!

Hi @scottricharddavis_1, 

I'm sorry to hear this - the Scheduled Arming feature should certainly still be in your app! I would try deleting the SimpliSafe mobile app and redownload it to ensure that nothing is cached. If that doesn't help, could you please let me know which version of the SimpliSafe app you have and your operating system?

@emily_s​ No the feature is gone. Also the arming reminder feature just goes to a blank page. I have the latest version. I have deleted and reinstalled. I have cleared cache, etc. Nothing works. every morning the alarm turns itself off. I have been talking to "Kurt" at Simplisafe and no one in your tech department can solve this problem. Today we are goingto delete my account and my total profile and seeif that finally removes this feature. Not a good roll out...

@scottricharddavis_1 please give me an update after you finish this test with Kurt. If it is not successful, I will send your case over to our engineers.

I have the same issue and have had for months.  Support is useless as no one can explain why the function went away and when it will come back.  Meanwhile, my system continues to follow the schedule I set when the option was available.  Very frustrating.

@bmartorano​ have you already tried removing the SimpliSafe app from your device and redownloading it to clear its cache? 

If that does not help, can you please let me know which version of the SimpliSafe app you are running and your operating system.

I've got the same problem.  I set up scheduled arming but it never worked.  I read on here to uninstall and reinstall the app.  When I did the scheduled arming option disappeared.  Now this past wk my system has become auto arming but the option still isn't there to modify the schedule

@emily_s​ I have deleted and reinstalled the app before which didn’t fix the issue but will do it again. I will know this evening if doing this worked however, from reading all the other post, it doesn’t appear that that does fix the problem. I also had my base station replaced by SimpliSafe earlier this week and that didn’t fix the problem either. It’s unbelievable that if this feature was only restored, we could fix the problem ourselves, don’t understand why SimpliSafe doesn’t just update the app to put the feature back so all of us that are having issues can either disable it or change it. I am running version 2078. 68.0 and I’m using iOS operating system.

I’m having the exact same issue. Followed all the steps that I’ve been told. I honestly can comprehend how back the company is as a hold. The podcast advertising this should be help liable for people buying this junk

I have the app installed on my phone (primary) and my wife’s phone (secondary) the scheduled arming feature does not show on my phone but it does on my wife’s phone. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it still does not show. I need the feature on my phone as I’m the one that controls the system. My wife just has it on her phone as a backup. 
App version: 2078.68.0

iOS: 16.4.1
