Hi @miltonavalos77 ,
When we talk about "Push Notifications", we specifically mean the notifications that come through the SimpliSafe app on your phone. So it's separate from SMS Notifications that go to your phone numbers.
The Push Notification is per-device, so you'll want to make sure it's enabled on all devices where you want the Push Notification to be sent.
