Not Receiving MFA Code

I have had this crap for years and haven't been able to sign for weeks. It never sends a code.to my phone. I might run it over with my car.

Hi @facongregg, 

Were you able to receive confirmation codes in the past, and this issue just began to occur within these past few weeks? It may be that the text is getting blocked for some reason. If you have not tried this already, I would recommend setting Multi-Factor Authentication up again in the SimpliSafe mobile app. We list out the steps to do so in this Help Center article.

But if that does not help, the next step would be to contact our Support team and they'll be able to reset this for you.
