New to SS, why cant we turn off the count down on the keypad ?

Ypu can adjust this in the settings on keypad or if you have the 24.99 interactive plan ypu can go in your app and adjust the delay that way.

adjust it how ? i have the $25 plan, but do not see anything in general settings re keypaf volume.  Pls advise !   thank you !

Away mode will count down but home mode by default has no count down but you can adjust it all feom app, hit the 3 little lines upper left corner, hit settings then general settings and then ypu can adjust the time.

You could do as I did, take the keypad apart and rip the speaker out.  :)
