The first thing we suggest that you try is to simply remove one of the batteries in your existing Keypad, and leave it out for 5-10 minutes. That should flush out any remaining power in the until, and allow for a proper reboot. Then reinsert that battery, and it should boot up right away with the SimpliSafe logo.
But if that doesn't work, then you'll want to contact our Support team. We can make sure to get you a replacement!
I'm experiencing the same problem with my keypad. This morning at 3:00am it went off and I had to remove one battery and insert it again. This is the 4th time in a couple of months this has happened.

I simply need a replacement for my existing Keypad. Everything else works fine. I have had Simplisafe for many years... Please advise
