Moving

In the FAQ sections under "Can I take my system with me when I move" there is mention of  a free Mover's Package to help ease your moving process.  What is it and do I need one if I am moving soon? Thanks for the assist.

Hi,

The Mover's Package includes a few extra adhesives, small plastic packaging for keeping your sensors and accessories organized, and a box big enough to contain your whole system.

If you'd like one, give us a call at 888-910-1458 and our Support team can put it together for you!

What a joke. I called this number and asked for the "movers package". First, she had no clue what I was talking about. Then she said she would send it. The package arrived today and it contained five little plastic bags....that's it, no adhesives, no box to contain the system as stated above. What a waste of my time that was.
