Lack of sensor ID

I installed my device which I like however the lack of ability to indentify which sensor has been triggered without subscribing to paid monitoring seems an oversight. Adding the feature would be simple and inexpensive and provide greater value for people purchasing this product. I would say that this is a fairly major flaw in an otherwise satisfactory bundle.

Hi @kimatafm,

You actually can see which sensor triggered an alarm without any monitoring at all. After the alarm has been triggered, you will notice a bell icon on the right side of the Keypad's screen. That bell icon indicates that the alarm was triggered previously. If you click on the right side of the screen it will take you into the Notification Center where you will see any important messages about the status of your system. The notifications about recent alarms will have the heading "Recent Alarm" and below that it will show " Name and type of sensor triggered alarm" as well as when it happened. As long as the sensors for your system have been named, you should be able to see which sensor it is that triggered the alarm.
