keypad vs computer display

I used the keypad to install and name all door/window sensors and motion detectors. However when I then logged into the Simplisafe system on my computer, those named devices are not displayed anywhere! How do I get those named door/window sensors and motion detectors to display on my computer so that I can more easily make future system changes.

If you log in to your account on your computer, you should be able to see your named devices under "Devices" on the left column.

Hi @purdueman,

It sounds like you may just need to get the latest settings from your Base Station. To do so, follow these steps:

  2. Navigate to Devices in the ‚ò∞ Menu on the left-hand side.
  3. Near the top of the screen, you will see Devices, as well as a last updated date and time to the right.
  4. To the right of the last updated date and time, click the refresh button.
  5. Your account should now display all of the device names that you added through your Keypad.
