So my keypad just stopped working. I just put a fresh pack of energizer batteries in and it’s still not working. Please help.

Hi @bubblestdh ,
From what you describe, your Keypad is currently totally unresponsive. One thing that you could try is to take out the batteries one more time, and then leave them out for 5 minutes (to let the power clear out totally). When you reinsert the batteries, you should see the SimpliSafe logo appear on screen almost immediately.
If that doesn't work, I strongly recommend reaching out to our Support team so we can get you a replacement under warranty.
