@n10sely2000 Take a battery out, put back in and see if connects; move keypad closer to the base, search in the help center call support. There are many details you have left out of your post llike distance between base and keypad, is the base on the floor, near an electrical source etc etc.

Please post your outcome here after you troubleshoot and or call support. Thanks, good luck and welcome to the community!

@captain11 Thanks for your response! I had spoken with a tech and he told me to take out the battery and hit the reset button. It works great now! Thank you for your help!

@guyroy57 There is no reset button on the Keypad, but you can power cycle it to refresh its connections. To power cycle the Keypad:

  1. Slide the Keypad up and off its bracket and remove the battery panel on the back of it

  2. Remove all 4 batteries from the Keypad

  3. Wait at least 3 minutes, this should allow the Keypad to fully power off

  4. Insert four (4) new AA batteries into the Keypad. We recommend that the batteries are less than 8 months old

  5. Make sure that the batteries are installed correctly, with the negative (flat) side of the battery touching the springs

Everyone - I could not get the keypad to connect to base stn and tried removing batteries etc to no avail. I called support and here is what they had me do:

remove one battery from key pad

remove cable from base station

unscrew base station and take off bottom cover (leave batteries in)

locate tiny white button above batteries in base station bottom

THEN

put the single battery back into keypad with other three batteries

when keypad says it is searching for base station you immediately press the little white button in the base station

3- put battery back into keypad

4- when keypad says it is searching for base station IMMEDIATELY press the small white button on the base station

@n10sely2000 The community is usually not monitored on weekends. Best to puck up the phone and call support.  Also, try taking the batteries out of the keypad, put them back in and try again.
