Keypad Lights Stay On
Keypad lghts will not turn off. Have replaced batteries and removed batteries to reset device. Power saving is off. Any ideas before I request replacement?

@Jolee If you have another keypad, you may want to temporarilty swap locations and see if that addresses it. if not, you are on the right track to call SS, tell them what troubleshooting steps you have take and then have them replace it.

The Keypad battery shouldn't be draining overnight, and it certainly shouldn't be staying lit the entire night as well. When you look at the screen, does it look like any of the sides might be pressed in a bit? I do agree with Captain11, it would be best to speak with our support team. They can run through a few things, and if they determine this needs to be replaced they can do so over chat or by phone with you.
