keypad dead after undate

I up dated my Gen 3 SimpliSafe system this morning and now my keypad is not working. Nothing works on the keypad, no lites, no response at all. I changed the batteries, nothing . I can still arm my system from the SimpliSafe app but my keypad is dead. After install the new update for the base station it them said it was updating the keypad. The Off, Home and Away buttons starting lighting up in sequential pattern and then nothing.

@gilcole call support, troubleshoot; if nothing, they will ship you a replacement under warranty.

I agree with Captain11. Sounds like something went wrong with the firmware update, rendering that Keypad unusable. Give our Support a call at 800-548-9508 and we'll get you a new one!
