We changed the batteries on the keypad but it will not work now?

I would try taking the batteries out of your Keypad again, and leave them out for 5 minutes to let the power clear out completely. When you reinsert the batteries, you should see the SimpliSafe logo appear on screen almost immediately. If that does not happen, I would reach out to our Support team for a replacement.
