How to change battery in key fob

Hello @ccmomma ,
Unfortunately, the battery in the Key Fob is not replaceable, and the whole unit must be replaced. Please give our Support team a call at 800-548-9508 and we can take care of you.
Will that cost money or is it free?

@ccmomma If you have purchased the fob in the past, it will be replaced at nc. (or at least it was in the past.)
