initial setup questions

I'm beginning installation of this system, one I purchased at Costco, model HSK 103. I have the components out of the box, got the Android app installed, gone through the initial set up and so forth. As far as the app and the components of the system are concerned, it seems to be working correctly.

The packaging in the box says '3 months free monitoring' while the app keeps pushing me to sign up for 30 days monitoring. Which is it? 30 days or 3 months?

Second question - I've been trying to log in at https://webapp.simplisafe.com/. The page says 'connecting' but never loads. I've tried this on a couple of PC's and get the same result.

Any tips or insights appreciated here. Thanks.

Regarding your second question, do you have any extensions that may be causing issues with your dashboard loading? Since some ad-blockers can cause issues, we recommend trying to log in through an Incognito (Chrome) or a Private (Safari and Firefox) window as that may help test if an extension is causing the issue.
