I ended up having to reinitialize the whole system multiple times.

I just installed mine. I ended up having to reinitialize the whole system multiple times. The key pads kept giving out of range error messages. I think I finally have it stable. It was a bit of a pain because I have five entry sensors, two motion sensors, glass break sensor, siren, and a panic button and two keypads

@msnordberg​ sorry to hear about this. It is absolutely not normal behavior. Please give our Support team a call at 800-548-9508 and we'll replace that Base Station for you.
