Home to away issues
So lately I have noticed that I have to turn my SimpliSafe system off from home mode in order to put it into away mode on the key pad and find this rather annoying. I don't know if this is because I have a smart lock installed as my smart lock turns my system off from away once I use my pin to unlock my front door. Has any one experienced something like this while using the system?

Your Keypad is working as designed. Because of the Exit Delay, during which the system is essentially in Off Mode, we require the PIN to be entered on the Keypad to disarm the system before it can be armed in another mode. If you have the Interactive Monitoring plan, you can go directly between Home and Away since the PIN is not necessary to disarm the system.
