Force Update Please
My System is serial 00adafe0
Version 1.6.2
Loader 1.0.0
Wifi 2.6.0
Audio 1.4.6
Apparently the system is still at 1.6.2, can I get a forced update or some other way of updating the system.
Thanks, Ron

We shouldn't need to at this point, so long as your system remains connected through WiFi. It might take a little bit of time to fully download the file, but when it's ready, you'll see a (!) on your Keypad. Press that side of the screen to initiate the update.

There have been several posts indicating this isn't true at all for some people. (And I'm one of those people) It took weeks for my system to show an update was available after the last major firmware was announced.
Please give us a forced "check now" that actually works for all of us because what you have today definitely doesn't work for all of us.

Assuming that you're updated to version 2.1+, the "Check for Updates" function in the Keypad should be doing exactly that. if there's an available update, that function would pull it immediately.

Nope. After y'all announced 2.3 I checked manually, repeatedly, for weeks before it showed anything available to come down. So maybe the issue is y'all don't make it available for everyone at all at once? Is that the case?

Yes, that is true. We roll out gradually, both as a safeguard in case we discover some last-minute issues, and to prevent three million downloads being initiated all at once. But right now, Update 2.3 is available to all users.
Since you mention that you've already tried different Base Stations, I'm inclined to think this might be something to do with your WiFi router. Is it possible for you to connect your system to different WiFi, even if temporarily?
