Hi!

If you purchased that Extra Keypad as part of your initial package, then it will already be registered with the system and should already be working.

If you purchased it after, however, you can install it just like any other component by heading over to the Devices section of the Menu, on any Keypad that is already working.

Thanks for the reply Johnny.  The extra key pad was part of the initail order.  So will the extra keypad by the basement door will it automatically pickup the other devices I've installed throughout the house and the main key....  another way to ask is      Will both keypads as a control for the whole house?

You will have to program the devices into your system.

Go to the main web page, log in, go to your account, select devices, up at the top right it says add devices, click it and follow the prompts. Be sure to have the devices at hand so you can push the set up buttons and note the serial numbers.

To clarify, yes, both keypads will control your whole system. Since all of the settings and devices are paired to your base station, each keypad that you have should function the same way.

I hope that's a very "near" future, and thanks, Team S, it's been far too long since the forums have received any attention.
