Detailed chime settings
I have the Gen 3 and until recently (software update maybe?) I was able to set specific actions for the entry chime when in home, away, or off modes. I had it set to off except when in away mode. Is this no longer available? Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place? Thanks!

You might be thinking of another setting. You can indeed set specific behaviors for Entry Sensors for each mode - but the options for Home and Away modes have always been:
For Off Mode, the options are only Disabled or Secret Alert, and Door Chimes are active only when the sensors are in Disabled mode.
You can also set the volume for Door Chimes, or turn them off, but that setting has always been global, so you can find it in the System Settings section.
