Deleting devices
Hi- we are currently in a rental home for just a few months and plan on living our SimpliSafe system to our new home as soon as it is finished. Is it possible to delete the sensors we do not need now, and then add them back when we move the system? I just set it all up, but I keep hearing that some of our devices are not responding and after looking through the menu it's the pieces we don't need at the moment. Thanks!

Write down the serial numbers of all your sensors, base, etc before you delete them, and keep the list in a safe, handy place - hopefully you've already done this.

How do I delete a device that is not responding as a new one is going to be sent.
