You can easily test if your system is connected cellularly by entering Test Mode following these steps:

For Original SimpliSafe users:

• 
  
• On your system's Keypad press the Menu button.
  
• Enter your Master PIN.
  
• Press the 5 button to get to Test Mode.
  
• Press the 5 button again to enter Test Mode.
  

For All-New SimpliSafe users:

• 
  
• Disconnect your Base Station from WiFi if it's connected.
  
• On your system's Keypad press the Menu button.
  
• Enter your Master PIN.
  
• Scroll down to Test Mode.
  
• Press the right side of the Keypad screen to enter Test Mode.
  

Once in Test Mode, you should receive a call from COPS Monitoring Center shortly. Please keep in mind that test signals are lower priority than alarm signals so the call may not come through immediately. If you recieved the call from COPS Monitoring then your system is working properly.
