Considering Simplisafe for business use

I am thinking of getting simplisafe for my business. I currently have an outdated system which I plan to replace.

I got 2 things on my mind before getting it. Can anyone answer this?

1. Door chime. My business sometimes doesn't have the receptionist at the front desk at all times, so door chimes are extremely important. I wonder if the extra sirens can function as door chimes. If so, I would like to get a couple so that they alert my staff when someone enters the building. Obviously, I do not want door chimes from sirens to be extremely loud but loud enough to let the staff in the backroom know that a customer / or mailman entered the building. So they can run to the front desk.

2. Amazon Echo: following up on the previous question, I got amazon echos all around the business for the staff to listen to music. I see that simplisafe is compatible with amazon echo. It would be the most ideal if echo can be used as door chimes. Let's say someone enters building, echo lets me that the customer entered the building or front door opened.
