Bug Solutions?

1) I get 4-8 push notifications when I have requested 1.

2) Indoor camera motion sensor goes off multiple times for no reason. 

Kind of annoyed that they say they have an iPhone app but it is completely useless unless the app is open on your iPhone, and that their “apps” are NOT native iOS apps designed properly.

Thanks for all the details. We haven't heard of any other reports of this just yet, so it might be best to run through a few quick steps. 

First, let's have you toggle your notifications OFF for the cameras in question. You can find this under the three-bar menu > Alerts & Notifications > Push Notifications. Once OFF, please log out of the SimpliSafe app and wait a moment then log back in. 

Finally, you'll toggle the notifications back on for your system under Alerts & Notifications. Let me know if the issue still persists after taking those steps and we can dig into this a bit further with you.
