Base station recently loses all settings

About a day ago my base station lost all settings while I was at work. Set to away and when I came back key pads couldn't connect. Pulled the batteries and reconnected everything. I have done this 3 or 4 times. It keeps the settings for about an hour and then "Welcome to Simplisafe" and everything is lost again. Any suggestions would be awesome.

There was a similar post by another user recently with a similar complaint.  I believe the current solution from SimpliSafe was to replace the base station.  You will need to contact them.

That what mind did and still waiting on a replacement. Now the APP is setting the alarm when not even being open.
