Base Station not Connecting WIFI and cellular not connecting.

Tried all the steps on the page. Nothing works. Using an Apple AirPort Extreme Router. Turned off 5 gHz, SSID not hidden, any ideas? Super frustrating. Base station won't connect to cellular as well? I got quite rocks in my living room.
