Base into flashing red (slow)
Light slow flashing red. Had a warning the last the system was operating on backup power because of a low battery. Changed batteries in base unit, changed batteries in hand held keypad. Still slow flashing red. Armed and disarmed the unit… still flashing red. Help!

DO NOT PUT REGULAR ALKALINE BATTERIES IN THE BASE STATION. You can cause a fire or mess up the base station.
