ARRIS modem, will not connect.

I have tried many different things and every time I put in the password for Simply Safe wifi connection it says the password is wrong. I have the main connection and 2 guest connections. Simply Safe sees all the connections and allows me to enter a password, and I know the passwords I enter are correct yet it says they are not and will not connect. Everything else I have that is wifi connects fine.

@chrislind2, there is a length limit to the PW field. I suggest you call SS or use online chat Monday to troubleshoot.

Yeah, I'd just change one of those to something like 8 - 10 character password of just numbers and letters and try that.

Unless you are worried a nation-state is trying to hack into your WiFi (and they probably know a backdoor anyway, LOL), the need for absurdly long and complex WiFi passwords has been really overblown.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting passwords like "password" or "12345678", but a 8 - 10 character password can be crafted that takes decades or hundreds of years to crack with typical computer hardware. Nobody is going to spend that much time/money just to get on your WiFi.
