App and computer log-in will not accept PIN to unlock
My 2 keypads work using the PIN but when I log in to my App or computer acct. the PIN will not be accepted to unlock. Have tried reconnecting the internet on the keypads but no luck.

It sounds to me like an account-level issue. Looking into our records, I see that you were already able to get in touch with our Support team, which is what I would have suggested. Hopefully they were able to get your system linked up!

app stopped working. agent took sn from base station and base station settings were removed and replaced with PIN. I entered our PIN and it would not accept it. simplisafe is rubbish.
